Adding Client Certificate
This section describes how to add the client certificate to Firefox for macOS.
- Receive a client certificate and client certificate password from your system administrator.
- Client certificate for client certificate authentication (cybozu.cn):
If the system administrator allows the client certificate to be downloaded, you can obtain the client certificate and password yourself.
For the procedure to obtain a password, confirm Steps 1 and 2 of When client certificate authentication is used.
- Client certificate for client certificate authentication (cybozu.cn):
- From the 'Firefox' menu on the browser's menu bar, select Preferences.You can also click the icon to open menus, and click Settings.The 'Settings' tab opens.
- Click Privacy & Security in the menu on the left.
- Click View Certificates under 'Certificates'.
- Click the 'Your Certificates' tab, and then click Import.
- Double click the client certificate '(Login name of the user).pfx' obtained in Sep 1, and then click Open.If the master password entry screen is displayed, enter the master password set on the Web browser and click OK.
- Enter the client certificate password obtained in Step 1 and click OK.
- Confirm that the client certificate is added, and then click OK.
- Close the 'Settings' tab.
- Start the Web browser and enter 'https://(subdomain name).s.cybozu.cn/' in the address field.
- If using Remote Service client certificate:
The Remote Service URL needs to be entered. For the URL to enter, refer to the following page:
